Honestly- they look uncomfortable-- but they are pretty..
In regards to how much is a lot- I saw some Vera's and Jimmy Choo's for like 400 and change- that is a lot..
Mine were not cheap though, but after the wedding I will dye them black and wear them for weddings/bar mitzvahs for years to come- figure will get my money's worht.

There are not really many Jimmy Choos that have low heels
these are $450 but i would wear them after our wedding as dressy shoes...
i saw a pair of Manolos for $600 like these and i was looking for an imitation and this is what i found
i am also getting slipper for the reception

I have to tell you- any shoe I get that is a thong- that is not a rubber flip flop- I wear once cause it eats up my toes so much.. I think you should go another route-- 400 for shoes you'll wear again is fine-- these would make me nervous..
I saw some lower heel ones I liked at Shoe Box- I forget where it is, I'll need to ask my mom.. not living on LI anymore and with my mom having recently moved to an area I am not familiar with- I never pay attention to where I am-- but there is a Trader Joes in the same shopping center- I want to say in the Syosset area..

they are beautiful... and god knows i'm the biggest shoe whore. but i have to echo randella's sentiments. those look cute for walking in for about 5 minutes... pls. don't wear the least bit uncomfortable shoes. it'll ruin your nite... and this is your biggest nite! hmmm i'll search around for you for something comparable.

found some cute ones... okay, maybe not all are too weddingy, but had to share.
Those are beautiful! But I agree with randella, the pain is probably not worth it... Have you looked at any Stuart Weitzmans? they are so comfy and like half the price...

These are mine-- they are Stuart Weitzman-- 2 1/4 inch heel.. they are very comfy- and not as flashy as the others ones- but, I was looking for low heel too.

Those are just like mine were, but do you find the clasp bothers your ankle? I had it removed on mine...I got these, they were awesome!

I like yours too-- the clasp does not bother me- in fact the strap has some room in it- so, it is not tight on my foot-- I was told my the guy in the shoe store- I have narrow ankles- who knew?? Anyway- sling backs are my shoe of choice- I have a hard time finding shoes that fit me everywhere-- they are the most comfortable for me- it just sucks in winter time.

I got mine from Shoe Buy and they were $45. I'm glad I didn't spend anymore on the shoes. There is no way they could be died, they are filthy and I wasn't even outside. Also, I took them off an hour into the reception and put on my white cowboyboots. So much more comfortable

400 is way to much girlie. U can find some comfortable really nice shoes for cheaper thatn that. Keep looking. Trust me u will need comfy shoes
