How much is average for your photographer/videographer?
I went to a showcase last night and saw a bunch of photographers. I thought i would be able to get pictures and video for $4000....judging by their prices this seems impossible.... how much is average to spend???

We booked Glenmar and for photo and video together we're paying $4400. After the additionals it'll probably be about 5K. I think that's excellent for both considering what I've seen. Our second choice was B rett M atthews and our quote for both P and V together was about 7K.

We are paying $3900 for photography and videography ($2700 for photography from Marcy Studio and $1200 for videography from Bellarino )

I would 5k or more depending on what you are looking for.

You can check out the people on my budget vendor page - I'm paying around $2000 for both. Most of the people on the page don't include albums for photography - but some do. Also try www.craigslist.org - I got a lot of these people there.
People also love Duet and 12th Night (12th night contact info is on my page).

try Leli photography...he also does video he is reasonabe and work within your budget
he was a delight to meet with and seems like he really enjoys doing it

I just booked both I am paying 4,000 for photo and 2,500 for video. The video is high but they do all kinds of special effects and I loved it so I booked it!

You definately can get video/photgraphy for $4000, thats what im paying. I'm getting a great package for that price. let me know if you are interested in the company im using.

I'm paying 1800(albums not included) for 2 photographers, and 1600 for the videographer...

I think the normal, average price is around 4000 to 5000 for photo/video combined, but of course there are a few budget vendors that may be around 2500-3000 for both, it's just a matter of doing your research and deciding what your needs are.
