i just paid $55 for a month of tanning sessions. is that a lot? i feel like it is.

like I went yesterday (wednesday) so now I will go again on Sunday, then Wednesday etc

I'm paying $75 for a professional salon 'fake' tan before my wedding. It'll last about two weeks (just long enough for the honeymoon:)

I pay $39 a month unlimited tanning on the basic beds. Its perfect for me.

Tara, yeah.. you tan free every Sunday and the thing is that you can tan on ANY bed..
Alot of these packages that the salons sell you on that sound REALLY good, are usually for the regular low end bulb beds...You should try and change it up whenever you can.. I like the 8 minute bed.. it gives me good lasting color and I'm not sitting there for like 20-30 minutes like the regular bulb beds...
Also, be careful when going into those spray tanning booths, just b/c you look tan, techinically, your skin isn't,. if you were to go out in the sun, YOU WILL BURN.. that's why I prefer and recommend that you use tanning beds.. you can get your skin all set up for the rays..
Tara, you won't be too dark.. just keep it up. go like 2 times a week..

The spray tan place I went to is in NYC on 5th Ave. However, it was just a regular tanning place that also has the beds. It is VERY even, no streaks and comes out like a fine mist.
Marcella is right, you will burn if you don't use sunblock after spray tranning. But I prefer to use 15 and tan very slowly anyways, so this just helps to make me look healthy sooner!

wanda where is your place that sounds pretty good too, I mean I paid 25 but I will get about 8 sessions from it.
thanks marcella I wasnt sure if I should keep going every couple days I think I have a base now cause I am not getting rosey anymore but now maybe I should increase to another bed?
Any ideas hopw to get shoulders, upper arms and upperchest, I have a strapless dressb and that seems like the area getting the least amount of color, my back and stomach are getting the most but who is gonna see that??

I just had to get a mole taken off my skin b/cs it was pre-melinoma(GROSS) I really never layed out in the sun without sunscreen!! So Girls PLEASE use sunscreen!! I'm sitting here with stiches in my arm from this whole moley thing!! and it hurts! its not worth it. I am fair and trust me I have tried ALL the self-tanning products sometimes they can work almost as good as the real thing.
