I think a non-religious officiant should be under $500
a Rabbi or Pastor go for a bit more so probably $600-900 (depending on experience and whatnot)
ETA: i've spoken to Rabbi's who actually were charging $1200 but that's just insanity and i refuse.

We are hoping to get a judge..FH and i are not religious at all...
