How much is too much to spend on a bachelorette party?
We are planning on getting a limo and going to dinner, a comedy club and a bar in the city. It will cost each girl an average of about $150 for the night.
Does that seem like to much for a bachelorette party in the city? Would you be willing to pay the money?

I don't think that is too much. It sounds pretty average.. some people go away which can cost more.

I disagree. Not including drinks and tips and all that, it will cost much more than that. I think its a bit steep considering everything else. JMO, though.

I agree that it will be more than $150, unless none of your friends drink, but I think that's pretty average for a BP. I don't think it's too much to ask.

I don't think its a lot for what your getting, but I do think its a lot to ask people to spend.
I'm sure some of these girls are in your BP- between the shower and the wedding, that in itself is a chunk of change. I don't know what their financial situations are, but to me its a lot for one night. I don't know about you, but I never spend that much on a night out- excluding drinks.
JMO.

My feelings exactly - I don't think it's a lot for all you are planning on doing - but I do think it's kind of steep to ask people to spend for one night - esp since drinks are not included.
