Is $150 too much to spend on wedding shoes? i found this gorgeous pair i love in silk (maybe thats why?) but i felt it was a bit pricey! what do you ladies think?? and if you don't mind ...how much did you spend??

that's an excellent price! i haven't found my shoes but i have a feeling they are going to be very pricey from the ones i'm looking at

I almost spent $285...they would have been so PERFECT! but then I had to snap out of it and realize that a) we don't have it like that and if I wouldn't spend $285 on any other pair of shoes I CERTAINLY shouldn't spend it on wedding shoes to be worn for 1 day.
and b) NOBODY'S really going to see them!

i spent a little over $100 and i'm the cheapest person in the world. i say you can never spend too much on a pair of shoes you love. don't tell FH i said that!

I think 150 is a bit pricey. haven't bought mine yet but the one I'm eyeing is 69.99

Are they dyeable? I personally think $150 is a lot to spend on shoes that you will only wear for one day, but I could justify spending that much if I were able to dye them black after the wedding and get more use out of them.

no you can't dye them..they're silk! but thats what i thought! its only one day..and half the people probably won't even see them!!
