christine: i beleive you were the one questionnig that rumor Jack & Rose also...but we're using them and WE LOVE THEM!!!!! thats all i know about them....
Great Poll idea. I've been very curious how much these are costing on average. We're doing our own to try to keep cost down so it's nice to quantify how much you're saving by DIYing. Thanks!
These are the votive holders we're using. They come in sets of 5 and then I bought strands of ivy to go around the grouping.
Mine were an inspecific 'Spring Mix' for $35 a table, in a bubble vase. A lot of flowers for the price. I don't have pics right now - I'll get some later. Donald Hedgecock.
I just picked up a raised centerpiece from a florist last night...who planned on charging me, get this...
you ready?
$250.00 for each...
That means for me to have 18 tables it would cost me $4,500.00 for my centerpieces alone. I almost choked...because that was our budget for everything!!!
***There were 3 hydrangea ($30.00), 2 dozen roses ($125.00) and greens ($75.00) other stuff too (september weed, etc.)

are you friggin kidding me?! she is wayyyyyy overcharging!!!! i was quoted 120 for a high stand of 2 dozen roses, 10 hydrangeas and greens.

This is a great thread! I was wondering the same thing.. In the process of meeting with florists and I asked for budget centerpieces and so far I've been quoted around $65 a table for some roses, fillers, and a silverish bowl. Sorry no pics of it....

I just don't want to spend more than $35 on each CP ya know? Especially for something that is for that day ane expendable....but that's just my opinion....
We book Pedestals last night. We are getting high centerpeices with callas, roses, orchids and branches. It is costing $150 each for 15 tables.

i was quoted $45 if I wanted roses in a bubble bowl, or if I wanted cheaper they said they can do a mix of flowers in a longer wider vase for $35 (my tables are oval) When I come back in June he is going to make a sample for me with the mixed so I can decide which I want to go with. My quote for my whole wedding bo-k's and all was 1300 if we went with the rose centerpieces or 1100 if we go with the mixed flowers. And this is at B]White Iris, Babylon Village
