how much should i be spending?

ok so i know i have had about 200 florist questions, but im so lost..

i think i want tall clear vases for my cp's with branchy things and white flowers--nothing very sculpted more of a natural look..

maybe something like these..

i'm having curly willow with white dendrobium orchids & it's $150 per centerpiece with a high vase and lights inside.

do they charage your for the vases and the lights? if i supplied my own do you think it would bring down the price?

i think the price is mostly for the flowers. i don't think the price would be different if i didn't have the lights inside. as far as bringing your own, i'm reallu not sure. it just seemed like too much work for me.

it's the orchids that are expensive, if you go with other flowers it'll be cheaper.

no idea why branches are so expensive lol. to be quite honest, i've bought a few curly willow myself and i've gotten 6-8 branches for $3. depending on which florist, i think they can get some pretty decent prices for the vases. plus, if yuo bought them, what would you do with let's say 10+ vases after the wedding?

well i found the vases for really cheap--they were 5 bucks each, and my mom kept saying that she wanted ppl to have the option of bringing home the cp's..

but id like to see if they take someee money off for them at least

if the cp is just branches, then thats less money....but once you start hanging lights from them and adding orchids, it gets pricey.

i don't need lights or votives or anything, because were having a day wedding..

does anyone have any ideas with clear vases and all white flowers that may be a bit more reasonable? im so lost with this its giving me a headache

(and its all ive done alllll day at work-lovely)

my guests will be able to bring the flowers home just without the vases. i think she's going to use that green foam to put the flowers in but i'm not too sure.

those are orchids a bit pricey!!!! usually $10 a stem and up!!

well that being crystak ur gonna be at alike $200 and up each!! but if u did the roses and twigs with a few stems of orch's in a regular high vase you would be lower like at $100 each
