hmmmm how many people are you having?
I'd say for all of the linens, all of the chair covers, plus chargers (not sure what those are, sorry) it would probably be more than that. Unless you're having maybe 100 people or less?

Quotes I got for the chair covers were $3-5 each depending on what type they were, chair sashes $1.50-4 depending on what they were. Table covers were something more, cant remember though. Tables runners I remember it being cheaper to buy them myself than to rent them...

IDK...Chair covers alone can run up to $5 each, tablecloths can run up to $20 each depending on layers, style and fabric, charger are around $3 each, and napkins can run around $1-3.
IMO, if you need chair covers, table cloths, napkins and chargers ONLY, and have around 100-120 guests, $1500 is doable. But definitely shop around and get the best price; look at linen supply stores in NYC and Taylor Party Rental in Hauppauge.
