How much time

did you give your guests to respond before the RSVP date? I am going to give them about 5 weeks..is this ok?

Invitations were mailed out 8/31 - with a 10/1 RSVP date.

My RSVP date is April 19th which is about 5 weeks

mailing out first week in nov- asking for a dec 7th or 9th or something rsvp date- weddings not till jan 16th but i know im gonna have to hunt down plenty on my side...

im giving mine about 7 weeks because i dont want to mail my invites during the xmas card rush so im sending them a lil early

4-6 weeks is a good time frame.

Anywhere between 4 and 6 weeks is good. I am going to be more on the 6 week end because I want more time for seating an stuff, but anytime in that frame will work.

i am mailing my invites on 2/20/2010

RSVP date 3/20/2010

wedding is 4/23/2010

so my guests will only have 4 weeks. maybe i should send them out earlier??
