How much time will you take off from work?

Editing b/c I forgot to add my comments... I think I'll take off the week before and 2 days after, going back to work starting Wed.

Honeymoon won't be till the summer when FH is off from grad school

Nothing before. Wedding is on Sunday, so I'll have all of Sat to do running around. Afterwards, probably 2 weeks, depending on honeymoon plans!

I'm getting married on a Friday so at least the Wednesday before plus honeymoon a total of 12 vacation days.

HEY DATE TWIN!!

I too think that I will take a total of 12 vacation days... 2 before and then HM, I sure have enought vacation time given to me at work.

If I have a teaching job by then, I'll already be off for the holidays the week before and then I'll just have to take 3 days off after the holiday break ends.

I think I am going to take the week before off and then a couple of days after...We are not going to go on our honey moon until Oct/Nov because of his business....plus my MOH who got engaged a couple of weeks ago she is loooking at an October wedding...

I'm getting married at the high point of my busy season (taxes)--so i can only take like 2 days b4 the wedding off and then the week after. all in told it will be only about 11 days or so.

I teach so I made sure that the public schools ended one week before my wedding, so I have the entire week off before the wedding. And then I'm moving right after I get back from the honeymoon, so I'll be off the entire summer to settle into my new apartment and state. FH will probably just have 2 1/2 weeks off from work.

I will have off majority of the week before, because we're closed Fridays from mid may to mid august and that Thursday we're off as well. I will most likely take two weeks off after for honeymoon.

Im guessing 2 1/2- 3 weeks also. I keep telling myself i dont have to get to LI til like Wednesday for A saturday wedding but i bet when the time comes I'll feel overwhelmed and will want to get there earlier....

I am in the same boat..... coming from NC. I keep thinking Wenesday for a saturday wedding also, but I think I may need more time!
So, I think it will be about 2 weeks. I don't think I will have anymore time than that to take...I am starting a new job.

2 1/2 weeks off. Probably like 2 days before the wedding and 2 weeks after for honeymoon. No matter where we go, thats how long i'm taking off!

Probably about a week and a half.....I wish I could take more...I know I am gonna be running around like a chicken without a head...but what are you gonna do.
