How much to spend on Flowers???

I have not looked into this yet, but how much should be spent on flowers? I like the tall centerpieces. What quotes has everyone been getting and what is a reasonable price for the flowers?

Tall Center pieces are $$$$ some as much as $300 each. I would recommend getting an idea of what you like, then set a budget and make a few appointments to meet with florists.
Our center pieces were $75 each- We had low centerpieces- There is a sample picture in my album. The day of they were fuller and the florist added some small orchards.

Its like a million dollars for a carnation.. Actually no but it sure felt that way LOL :) I would say a reasonable budget would be 1K-2K. I got an amazing deal for a little over 1K but I am having small centerpieces and a small bridal party.

I received a quote of $185 for high cps. I am having about 16 tables. The florist recommended using half high and half low to save about $500. I haven't decided what I'm going to do yet.

My tall CP's are 125 each from flowers by brian. I may add crystals which will add another 15$ per CP.

We're using flowers by brian also but are paying $200 per tall centerpiece. What kind of flowers are you getting?

The CPs that are in your album are from FBB for $125 each? That's amazing! They're beautiful!

And PS, how does that work exactly? Do you rent the clear vase from FBB or are you actually purchasing them?

we only got a quote for all low centerpieces and we were quoted $90 per table.

Tall CPs are more, ours are $115 (pics in album) from Designs by Rose. We'll be getting 20 of them plus a whole bunch of other stuff and it came in at around $3k.

I spent alittle of $4,000 I have 5 Bridesmaids, 5 Groomsmen, 1 Maid Of Honor, 1 Best Man, 2 Flower Girls, 1 Ring Bearer, 2 Mothers Crosages, 2 Fathers Boutiners, 4 other Crosages (Grandmother, Godmothers, Reader) 2 other boutners (Godfathers), Flowers for church & pews with bows, 20 high Centerpieces my bouquet and grooms boutneer and a throw away bouquet.

it depends on how important flowers are to you. they're not really an area that i wanted to go crazy over so i opted for low cp's.. i am paying around 1600 for 15 low cps, boq's and bout's for the BP and corsages and bouts for the mothers/fathers/grandparents
