OK...so I don't like my hair cut...i gave my guy carte blanche to do what he wanted...and I don't like it...He told me to wait a few days and call him...I know I never will...
has anyone had this experience?

I know my hair almost 'stunts' and takes a few days to look better. See how you feel. Is it too short? Not the right style? Fixable?

with my last cut actually. I went to someone new and I told her to do anything as long as it was a certain length - but something different. Somehow I ended up with the same haircut as I always seem to end up with. I made her change it a little right then. I wanted to go back to ask for bangs (which she sort of talked me out of ) but I have been too busy to get back uptown.
I have gone back when the color wasn't quite right.
What don't you like about it? If you still really hate it by the end of the week, you should go back and maybe he can do something to fix it.

Sorry to hear that you hate it Last year I went to a new girl who was supposed to be awesome. Everyone raved about her. I had a pic of what I wanted but said, whatever you think will look best, just don't cut it too short. I was VERY firm about the length. She cut it much shorter than what I wanted, and razor cut my long thick hair that always looked very healthy into something that looked like straw. Everything about the haircut was wrong. She said I could come back if I really hated it, but after what she did, I was not interested in having her fix it. I don't know what I'd do if it were my regular hairdresser that messed up though...that's a tough situation.

he told me the length before he did it...so I'm not upset with that...
I don't like that my hair flips up in the back...and I don't like how my bangs are cut straight with my chin...to the side...it looks like it should be in a magazine with all those modern cuts...
I told him before I really liked the layers he did last time...i just don't think he put enough in...
DH says he likes it...but I don't believe him either way...

If you brush your hair from underneath while you dry it the back shouldn't flip up and he could easily add more layers to soften the front. It may look differently when you style vs. when they do it.
I know I can never do what they do with a dryer & bruch

yes I have - got my haircut yesterday and now I look like the little Dutch boy!!!!!!!

I'm not really upset, b/c I know it grows...but I am starting a new job...and now I will look like an idiot...

Erica - email me a pic of it. I will tell you if you look like the Dutch Boy!! I will compare it to some of the pics, I was looking thru for my video, boy did I have some bad haircuts!!
