How Much to Tip Vendors

Hey everyone,

I'm just curious as to how much everyone is tipping the vendors. FH and are have no clue what the norm or average is. So, any info you guys can provide would be greatly appreciated.

This is what we tipped:

MC/DJ- $50 each
Dinner singer- $50
Photographer/assistant- $50 each
Videographer- $50
Steel Drum band members (CH only)- $20 each
Maitre D- $350 (norm is between $2-$4 pp)
Bridal Attendant- $100
Makeup Artist/Hairstylist- $50 each

The only thing we would have changed is the MC tip-he was awesome. But we are writing a very nice TY and I have been recommending him all over these boards so that is also a nice TY in a way HTH!!!!
