I bought my veil off of an 08 bride last week - a few days before her wedding - it was the wrong shade of white for her, and exactly what i was searching for - in the exact color with the exact detailing.. $30! NEVER WORN! I love deals on LIW

its a simple ivory elbow length veil...i didnt want anything with too much detail, cause then it would take attention away from my dress

I'm getting it made and finding all the materials at the garment district. I recently purchased enough tulle for a detachaeble cathedral/fingetip veil and blusher for $14.00 came out to approximately $2.00a yd in addition i bought silver pencil edge at .75 a yard and it came out to $4.50.

The trimmings are more expensive but were going to design the veil .....hopefully I'm under 200.00 for the whole thing

Did anyone splurge and get a silk veil...or are you doing tulle? The salesperson at bridal reflections was showing me silk veils that look really nice, but they are MUCH more expensive. I wonder if you can tell the difference in pictures???

The sales lady where I bought my dress tried to sell me one for $450. It was TULLE and nothing else. It did have satin trimming but that was it.

I am hoping that I can get one for $100 or less. I only want to wear it at the church and don't think I am going to wear it the rest of the night.
