How much will your Mom spend on her dress?

Between my mom and my fmil....the consensus of the dresses they are looking at and will probably get are between 700-1000k.

awww... I'm hoping my mom says 'what the heck'! She looked gorgeous and I want her to feel that way on the big day!

My mom came out of Adriana Studios dressing room looking and feeling like a million bucks in this chocolate number she found ($640). She said she is not concerned with the money as I'm the first to marry in the family. Plus, my mom is not one to splurge or endulge on shopping sprees.

exactly its not like they are splurging to splurge its funny bc mom's wanna look feel just as beautiful that day as the bride

I am not sure what she wants to spend but for my sister's weddings she got amazing dresses and I don't think either one was over $200.

My Mom paid 500.00 at Lillittes. My FMIL paid 160.00 at Estelles.

My MOm tried on a dress that she loved that is until they told her it was 2k..... and it was def NOT worth it.

honestly, i don't think my mom cares. whatever's on clearance! i would like her to get a nice dress but my mom could care less.

How very true!

My Mom is looking in that price range. Believe it or not everything she loved was either under $500 or over $1,800.

I think my mother is going to fall into the $500 range. She's not going to go crazy cause she has to buy two (one for my wedding and one for my sisters). I know she'll find something that's beautiful though.

What I worry about more is FMIL. She seems REALLY out of the loop when it comes to how much wedding things cost and I just have this feeling that she has no idea that her dress might cost $200 no less $ 500.

I get a headache when I think about going with her to try them on for the first time.
