We are looking for : gobo (monogram in lights on the dance floor) Pin spotting on all centerpieces LED lights around the room (which changes the colors of the walls throughout the night). two 51 inch plasma screens for the dance floors with live shots of the dance floor with zap shots percussionist String Quartet and Harpist for Ceremony

For the gobo , tv, and LED....check with your Dj becasue they often have packages that include those thing. I am not too sure about the string quartet and harpst

My DJ has a package that includes everything but the string quartet.. I dont remember the pricing though. I know he has a set fee for LED lighting of 1000 dollars.Try him out he's really nice and he will work with your budget.... Jose from elegancia

I totally recommend them too!!! I believe Club Elegancia package inclueds all of that except the string quartet and i think it was around 4000 or less dont remember exact price! def check them out!

I was given a few names earlier in my engagement and as organized as I am.. I lost it .. but After Hours Ent has 2 Haitian DJ ... and that is their quote above with NYDECOR ... I vibe with them very well and love their performance.. I most likely will go with After Hrs.. but im going to keep searching...
