How much would you tip these people?

Fh and I are waaay over budget and we're trying to figure out tips. We need to tip the Bridal Attendant (however, keep in mind that we have a DOC and I'm not really sure how much the bridal attendant will be needed). We also need to tip the following:

Florist delivery
DJ
DJ Assistant
Bridal Attendant

How much would you tip each??
