how much are you spending on flowers? we're really happy with what we picked out.. it's just so hard to fathom paying so much for them! anyways.. if you could tell me what you're spending all together? thanks!

i paid way more than we wanted to but also realized that our original quote was unrealistic for what we wanted.
There are so many more cost-effective alternatives but we were planning from out of state and I said eff this and just decided to splurge (for once)

Im only spending 1000 for everything but thats because one of my good friends family owns a flower shop in Queens. If I didnt know them, I would probably have candles as CP's to save money.

WIsh I was spending $500 but my final cost (after getting quotes from several vendors) will be between $5000 and $6000 (YIKES...but they will be different and gorgeous in the end!)

Ours would probably be less than $1000 if we weren't doing a chupah. With it its closer to $1500.

I'm spending between $1500-$1800 in flowers. Didnt even wanna spend that much but I opted to get high centerpieces.

about $500 for an @ssload of bo-ks, corsages, etc....we're not doing floral CPs...all a ridiculous # of red roses....

Im spending alot more then i anticiapted on Flowers. But draping the skylight, and changing the lighting in the ballroom cost more then i thought. So im paying around $8,000

Yes, Pedestals but it might be b/c they are my RH's in house florist.

hmmm interesting, i was just curious bc i never heard a florist doing the lighting. I am getting lighting too but it will be through my DJ. Was just curious
