i booked our RH in Sept of 09...the BM i was working with left so I don't have a contact person there....I really don't have many questions for them at this time, but when am I supposed to start working with them again?

I spoke with her once since I booked in May 2010. I'm sure as the date gets closer you will be talking a lot more.

i just called mine recently to set up the tasting but other than that - i barely get in contact with them. I do plan on contacting them a lot more now that the wedding is closer

I'd call now and ask who will be your point of contact going forward and their contact info. I'd then send an email introducting yourself and saying that you are less than a year out from your wedding and are looking forward to getting to know her/him and them ask when you'll be meeting to discuss next steps.

Once in a while when I have a question I shoot over an email. I'd say like once a month? maybe once every 2 months?

Oh and by the way, my advice is to check in from time to time - just think of something to inquire about. I always drop off my payments in person, I call or email with questions from time to time, and I go to every showcase to show my face and say hello. I don't want to be any other bride..I wanted them to build a rapport with me and it worked! I got bumped up to an earlier tasting and they know who I am!

Only a few times since booking. I called twice to ask questions, saw them once since booking. I asked a lot at the initial meeting and when we booked. The next time I need to go there is around May 1st. Everything is done that day. Then I see them the day before the wedding to drop off stuff and give the final count.

A few weeks go by without talking to her and I always get nervous.... but I am going to reach out to her soon and make sure we can set up tasting next month.

i usually just find something to ask her a question about every month or two - usually just an email. only went back once in person. i think my next payment is due in march so i'll probably go then to drop it off in person.
