anywhere from 2 to 8,000 times a day - depends on the day.
In the past 3-1/2 years I probably missed 2 days of not talking because we were busy/away from each other.

He calls me on his way to work in the morning everyday and sometimes at lunch.

Usually once during the day, then at the end of teh day to see who's getting home first and what's for dinner.

He calls me on his way into work every morning, then usually when he is headed home & then right before bed....there are days though that I talk to him once, it depends on how busy he is

If it is a day when he has school after work we make sure to speak to each other at least once. If he doesn't have school and is coming home after work we might talk, we might not.

usually 2 or 3 times, once at lunch and once at the end of the day. Lately it has been a lot more though with calls about the house and stuff... like 10 times a day!

Usually once while we are at work and then he calls when he's on his way home from class. We talk on IM when he's not in the field.

we don't talk during work. We're both always on the phone so we have no time. We do email all day, because as you can see I can type while working. I hate talking on the phone anyway, no matter who's on the other end.

This is exactly me & Dh .. we never talk at work (unless its an emergency), but email all day. We're both NOT phone people , even when we were dating we hardly spoke on the phone

FH can't get personal emaila t work (all webmail sites are blocked), so he calls me at lunchtime and then again to tell me when he's leaving. Then we talk for anywhere from 1 minute to an hour when he gets home.

But before we were married or lived together, we talked at least twice a night when we still worked in the same office. When we worked in different offices, probably a few times a day additional.
I was a PITA ... he hated being on the phone and I was a big phone talker back then.

We usually commute together, then call once during the day, then at night he picks me up at the train, so we talk then, then we talk before bed.
