How often do you brazillian wax?
I got it done for the first time for my wedding five weeks ago. It was a really painful experience for me, and i heard that once you start going more often, the pain gets better and that the longer you wait, the more its going to hurt.

Re: How often do you brazillian wax?
i go once a month - though i would love to go every other week.the pain never gets 'better' - i think you begin to handle it better and not freak out so much. the 'experience' gets easier every time.

you dont want the hair to grow too long - about 1/8 of an inch is perfect timing...
the longer it is the more painful - this is true...

Re: How often do you brazillian wax?
I will say the experience gets easier. But the statement 'after a while it doesnt hurt anymore' is definately not the case with me.It hurts

Re: How often do you brazillian wax?
I usually shaved my bikini line but recently started growing it out b/c DH thought I should try BrazilizanIve let it grow for about 2 weeks now- is that long enough?
Also, is there anything else besides pain killers to prep? Exfoliate?

yes - go now. i waited my first time too long - and the lady was like - OH BOY...its going to hurt.
you can take an advil or tylenol abuot a 1/2 hr b4 you go - and it helps - though i have not been doing that lately and it feels all the same to me....

Well I finally did it!!! OHHH BOOOY Did it hurt!!!
And suprisingly not in the area I thought it would (the bum was quite pleasant compared to the top area)
I even tried using the lidocaine spray to numb it and it still hurt...it was good for me to keep talking. Poor girl probably thought I was rambling like a nutcase.
It is pretty red...I bled a bit which was shocking. The worst part was after that 1st big rip and knowing you need to do at least 10 more to finish the job..
What can I say- it was interesting to say the least
