every week FH NEVER changes his! I have to withold going into his bedroom to get him to change them!

I love fresh sheets, but hate laundry

I try for every week, but it usually ends up being every 2, but it has been known to go longer. . .

i try for once a week but living in long beach we have to go to the laundromat which i cant stand! the most it would be is two weeks.

I think I saw a cleaning specialist on Oprah once say that you should do it at least once a week or else there are too many dust mites (sp?) that build up in them. They said that you should get rid of your pillows every 3 years and vaccuum your mattress a couple times a year.

Once a week.. I am so anal when it comes to my bed. If my sheets don't smell fresh, i don't rest well. I don't even let people sit on my bed.

by vaccuuming the mattress do you mean getting the vaccuum hose out and going over it? sounds like a good idea....

I've have to stop using Bounce because I find the smell/feel stops me from sleeping well so I only use liquid fabric softener on the bedding (which is changed once a week! At least it's my aim).

usually every week or 2 weeks, no longer than that. When my DH was a bachelor and I stayed at his apt I would be disgusted by how long he left his sheets on....a month....month and a half.... i would rip them off and wash them!

I change mine every 4 or 5 days (pillow case I change every 3)

I used to go 10 days but then I saw Oprah says she changed hers every 3 days and I thought maybe I was being dirty so I started 3 days too but now it's more like 5.
