about every 3 months or when my roots are showing badly which ever comes first

Usually only about once or twice a year.. my hair is worse in the middle(from ponytails) so it doesn't matter how much I trim it.

Every 6-8 weeks. My hair is so curly & dry that if I don't it breaks off at the bottom and I look lobsided! ![]()

I try to go every 6-8 weeks. But it never works out that way. It usually works out to once every 3 mos.

I don't get trims - I usually get regular haircuts every 6-8 months. But I am in the process of growing my hair long and can't justify the expense of a trim with my stylist but I won't let anyone else cut my hair so it's looking not so great right now, so it's been a while now.
