I think when you are ready when you think you are ready.... But i also say mid 20's would fine.. I'm 23 and I'M READY..

The whole reason I'm getting married is to have kids!! I was willing to skip the whole wedding and just have babies but FH didn't want me to regret never having a wedding. But we both want kids SOOO badly..we're planning for a honeymoon baby

I'll be 26 when I get married so I would say 28
