The 30s are GREAT girls. You finally have a better sense of who you are, and start to worry a lot less about what other people think.
For me, the 20s were all about other people in a sense....fitting in, measuring up, going along with the trends.
By the time 30 rolls around, you've had a lot more experience and start concerning yourself less with the opinions of others, and more with your own opinion of yourself.
Although I'm sure there are some women who 'get this' earlier in life, I've found that most come into it around 30 or so.

Re: How old is everyone?
24. Stacy, I didn't know your B-Day was coming up!!! Hehe, now I do though....watch out!
I'm 29 (30 in December) and to be honest...I'd much rather be turning 30 than 22...(no offense to the younger brides)
but I agree that I have a better sense of who I am, there is more respect given to people in their 30's than 20's and I have lots of life experience to look back on...
so NO MORE FROWNING for the 30s!!!
