I took a Bilogical Anthropology class once and we learned that everyone has a 'biological age' that is not the same as ones 'chronological age'. A woman who begins menstruating early is that many biological years older than those who begin later.

Another late bloomer - I was 14 and in 9th grade. I didnt want it anyway!

So does this mean that I have more years to reproduce? I hope so because I am 31 and no kids yet.

i was 14 - at the end of 10th grade!!!

i didn't know it, but my parents were starting to get worried about me and were considering getting me checked out if i didn't get it soon.....

not that i was all that upset! i was the last of my friends...and i wouldnt' have wanted it any other way....especially after the day i had today with Aunt Flo!!! grrrrrr

Well, I KNEW I was a LATE bloomer, but this thread has CONFIRMED it

I was 15!!!!!!! And I think it was the latter part, I was at least 15.5.

I was so depressed b/c ALL my friends already had it, and I thought something was wrong with me.
My boobies came late too, and now I'm a DD. Go figure.

12, I got it the same day my GMa had her heart attack (Oct 9)

A GF of mine didnt get hers until she was 16.5 and even then she had to have the Dr's bring it on. Surgically.
