me too late bloomer - a 'good girl' all through college and then it was like the lion had escaped - kinda made up for lost time after that :) lost it at 23 to a boyfriend. I don't regret not having done it earlier at all.

14, he was 15, first time for both of us.
At the time I thought I was so mature and so ready, but now when I see a 14yo I feel sick to think of what I was doing at that age!

It was late in life when it happened for me. I was done with school by then. I really wanted to wait for my wedding night. The man that I lost my virginity to is the man that I'm marrying. That just makes it real special.

I'll be honest with you on this one - I kinda feel like the pressure to have sex was put on me by everyone talking about all the pressures to have sex (does that make sense to anyone else)? My boyfriend at the time (@sshole loser who I never would've dated if I had any self-esteem) didn't pressure me, that's for sure (latent homosexual - yes I know he's married, it's still latent).
I was a MAJOR drama queen, and would look for things to complicate my otherwise simple life. Maybe if people would stop talking about all the pressure it would go away?
Just a random thought on this subject.

14 .... a week before my 15th bday We were eachothers first and stayed together for 2 more years after that. He turned out to be a mentally and physically abusive psyco... but I still dont regret it. I never regret anything I have done. It all happens from a reason... it was definitly a learning experiance.

I was 15 -- he was 22. I was totally in puppy love. I still carry a tiny little torch but I haven't seen him in years and years.
I just hope I don't forget what it felt like to be 15 and hormonal, becuase sometimes I look at my daughter -- and think OMG! You are going into a nunnery until you're 45!
