A friend of mine who is getting married this summer is very unhappy with her dress. If she wanted to order a new one, how long (or short) would it take for a new one to come in. I told her that I ordered mine in June and it came in in December. Is this usual?

It really depends ont he place and the dress.. I am sure you can go to Davids and they can get you one quick but if it is a gown that has to be ordered...you might have a hard time
mine took 8 months...but it was worth the wait

Tell her to buy th sample - its cheaper and just as nice. Then shed have it right away

It is possible to order a dress and get it in by the summer. If it's in August that is obviously better then june or july. They often charge a rush fee which I think is around 150. Or she can buy a sample. If she is around a size 10 it might really be worth it!
