People decide to come to work sick and with whatever virus is going around, and thanks to them - I had chills all night, woke up coughing and now my nose is stuffy. This better not get in the way of FH's and I little getaway or ELSE!

It really is a HUGE pet peeve of mine too! I can't stand being around sick people(I'm a bit of a germaphobe) but if your that sick you should be using your sick days people!!!
The best is when they cough and sneeze and don't cover their mouth!!

It sucks because I have some meetings to go to, I had to come in also but I'm not in as bad of a situation as they are when they come in. I'll be going home early and getting rest/taking meds.

I am one of those people today I feel like crap but my boss called me at 7am to tell me he's in the ER and that I have to run his morning meeting I was planning on calling in sick!

I am also - I have to go to some meettings in the city, but planning on going home afterwards. Sometimes I can't even call in sick UGH!

my thoughts exactly!!! and the problem is, people make other people feel guilty for taking off so everyone comes in when theyre sick...ughhhhhhhhh really hoping I can shake this before the weekend!

I HATE when people come in sick but at my job if you call out you get treated like dirt for two days and hung up on!! Its really bad!!
