How should .....??

How should I mail out my STD's?? I ask because I remember hearing that when you mail out magnets they may get de-magnetized. So for those of you who mailed out the magnets, did you just put it in a card or wrap it in something. I plan on sending them out with my thank you cards. So maybe it should be fine?? TIA...

Mine were mailed in a mini envelope that came with the STD. Had no problems at all with the magnets.

I stuck my STD's unto postcards that said Save The Date, i didn't hear any complaints about the magnet being demagnetized.

that didn't happen to ours... we made ours though and used magnet strips- it wasn't like the whole thing was a magnet. no complaints from guests!

hey Tamara...I mailed mine out in regular envelopes but I wrapped them in a thin layer of tissue paper. I saw them on a lot of people's refrigerators so there was no problem.

My magnets were mailed in the envelopes they came with. I did include a small business card sized insert with hotel info and put that in back of the magnet. Every time I go to someone's house it's on their fridge and staying up there just fine. I don't think you'll have any problem if you send them out as is.
