I am inviting 2 sisters to my wedding w/guests how should i address the envelope? they live together.. Miss.Betty & Miss Mary Boop & Guests 123 Main NYNY Is this correct? Also if we know the person has a GF(but not engaged) should we put her name or and guest? Thanks

If they are over 18, each should get her own invitation even if they live together. It should be:
Ms. Jane Smith and Guest 123 Any Street New York, New York 12345
AND
Ms. Jill Smith and Guest Same address
To answer your second question, if you know someone is bringing a specific person as their date b/c they are in a long-term relationship, it's always nice to put that person's name on the invitation.

They should get their own invite,but I am trying to conserve invites so I did:
Ms. Jane Doe and Guest Ms. Julie Doe and Guest 25 Maple Drive Village Inn, NY 11324

Ms. Sister 1 and Guest Ms. Sister 2 and Guest

Each sister should get her own invite, with the outer envelope addressed as follows:
Miss Betty Boop 123 Main Street Anytown, NY 12345
Miss Mary Boop 123 Main Street Anytown, NY 12345
The inner envelope should read:
Miss Boop and Guest
OR
Miss Boop and Escort
if you don't know the name of the guest, if you know the name of the guest (or want to make it clear exactly who you are inviting) then the inner envelope should read:
