How should I name my tables

I am naming them after the vineyards on the northfork. Not sure how to phrase it.

Just using an example with one vineyard, can be substituted with any vineyard.

TIA

I would say 'Palmer Vineyards'. It sounds nicer than just Palmer. And I don't think you need to include the word 'Table', they should already know it's a table!
