How soon after your Wedding are you suppose to send out your 'Thank You's'??
I believe etiquette dictates 3 months.
In my opinion you should do it as soon as possible.
I think it's best to get them out as soon as you can. I agree w/ the 2 month guideline. Some people are under the misconception that you have up to 1 year to write thank you's. But that's just wrong on so many levels!

Mine are super late and I feel awful about it. I didn't know I could pick my Thank You card before going in for my album appointment. I'm hoping to get the TY cards delivered in the next week or so and then I'm going to do them all right away - I should be at the 4 month markFor someone who is really into etiquette, it's killing me!

Though, I went to a wedding in early May and I still haven't gotten a TY... One of my friends just sent hers the other day and her wedding was 4 months ago. I would've preferred sending them out at around 1 month or 2.
I will be sending mine this week... we had to wait to get ours from the photographer and it took me about 2 weeks to write them all out...

That's ok...you're fine! My mom went to a wedding LAST September....as in 2004.... and is STILL waiting for a TY. Pretty cheeky, huh?
We just got a thank you card for a wedding we went to last November! That to me is way too long - I'd say 2-3 months, tops!

I'm waiting for a thank you from a wedding I went to last June. These people also never sent a thank you for their son's baptism gift either![]()

im in the process of addressing mine and im almost done...it's been just over 3 months! oops! I meant to get them out a lot sooner. Im hoping to get them out before thanksgiving. hope my fam and friends can deal with that! time flys and things get crazy, especially when your teaching, taking grad classes and writing your thesis!!!!

I didn't get my TY cards from my photographer until 4 months after the wedding so been working my butt off on them.... I hate that it's so late but most weddings I have been to I have gotten the TYs from 3-8 months after depending on when/if they include a picture
