Some of my final payments are due 1 month before the wedding. Do vendors normally call you or send an invoice in the mail or do they just expect you to pay by that date? What happens if you are off on payments by a day or two? Do most of them care? Just wondering because I havent heard a peep from any of my vendors yet.

Hmmm, I am now several months late on 1 payment, thanks for reminding me! I didn't get an invoice though!

My band charges a late fee if you are late, other than that I think they are pretty flexible. My photographer and band both sent little slips reminding me about payment (although I had already sent in the band payment!)

Since I was neurotic with paying everything in person most of my payments were not made on the same day/one month mark. Most of them called and we schduled a date for me to come in and make payments. So most of them were made all within the same week or two.

I got phone calls or emails as reminders, but I was the deligent one in sending them out before they had to remind me.
