How to address STDS

Now that I *think* I decided on pics, time to start compiling addresses for my label merge spreadsheet!

How did everyone address their STDs? Formally like an invite (Mr. & Mrs. John Doe & Family, Ms. Jane Doe and Guest, Mr. & Mrs. John Doe, Jimmy Doe -for parents with one child), or informally (John Doe, John & Jane Doe)

And when you're doing a Mr. & Mrs. & child, do you have it all on same line, or go:
Mr. & Mrs.
& Child

on the two lines broken down?

The etiquette will get me every time!

for couples I did mr and mrs _____
for families: mr and mrs___and family
for singles Mr. J ____ I didnt put and guest. That will go on the actual invite

Edited because I forgot to put that if people are in a serious relationship, engaged living together I wrote both their names

I did

Mr & Mrs
The _____ Family
Mr. So-n-So Last Name for some I did & Guest but only if I'm 100% sure who the other person is.
