How to apply for pictures at Old Westbury Gardens?

I'm looking over their application now and just had a few questions! :)

When I mail them this application, do I also include the $100 deposit check? Or do we send the money AFTER they confirm that our date/time is available?

Do I need any info from my photographer re: their insurance, or do I just need their contact information?

And does it matter if I'm unsure about the number of cars that will be coming? That could change in the next year, but as long as it's not over 5, is it okay if that changes?

Call Kim at 516-333-0048 x 315 and confirm times and date. You'll then fill out and sign contract and give the $100 deposit. You'll need the insurance from vendors who will be on the grounds, but you won't need this until closer to your wedding. Same goes for number of cars and people. Hope that helps!
