I'm trying to think of a cute way to ask my friends if they would be my bridesmaids aside from just simply asking them flat out. Does anyone have any creative suggestions? Thanks!

I've seen cute cards that say will you be my bridesmaid. You could write a personnal note inside to every girl.
I think i will be inviting my future BMs to a brunch to ask them.

I ordered personalized 'will you be my bridesmaid' cookies in the shape of a dress from www.weddingish.com and gave them to each girl with a card....was a big hit!!

i bought a pack from AC Moore and found a cute little poem and wrote that in each one mailed them to each and they simply loved them. My couins saved hers

I bought really cute cards from Etsy and I am going to make a string of paper dolls, with each of the girls names on them! So cute! I can't wait to give it to them!
I also love the cookie idea!

i made them dress cookies just like the ones sold and also made cookies that spelled out their names. I just lucked out that all the girls have the same number of letters in their name so that it was fair.

I actually never got to 'ask' my bridesmaids b/c about 2 hours after me & FH got engaged, I went out to dinner with my friends like we do every week. Well, I told them at dinner that I got engaged 2 hours before and aside from screaming and making a scene in front of the entire restaurant, they all said, almost in unison, 'WHAT COLOR ARE WE WEARING?!' I've been bffs with these girls since we're like 5 years old so they all knew. However, I love the bridesmaid cookies!!

I did personalized wine bottle lables - got them from Etsy. Had each girls name on it and asked 'XXX, will you be my bridesmaid?'
Had wedding date and our names on it (Bride and groom) - it was a hit, everyone loved them!
