How to ask the bridal party

How did everyone ask their bridesmaids? My best friend wants to ask in a cute way. Any ideas?

Melissa from the Sugar Chic made me cookies to give my BMs. They came out adorable and everyone loved them!! I have pics in my album.

Me too!

But after seeing all the cute ideas people had, I wish I would've did something unique. I did order personalized MOH, BM shirts and gave them out at my engagement party and they loved them

I got them 'will you be my bridesmaid' cards and made a little gift bag with some chocolates, a little moisturizer and a little lip balm (all from the drugstore, nothing fancy)

I ordered my MOH a bridemaid ornmt from personalizedmall.com and my bridesmaids i made little cards. Inside each card was a poem asking them to be my BM.

at our engagement party I bought orange gerber daisys which were originally going to be my bridemaid bouquets and attached a poem to each flower.

I made them all collage pictures (8 by 10) on Shutterfly, framed them, and then wrote out cards telling them how much I love them :)

I took my FH's sister out to dinner... It was kind of like a given that my cousin would be my MOH since she's like a sister!!

I mailed them a card asking, with pics of us on the front 5x7 so they could stick them in a frame.

i ordered mugs that appear to be just black but when hot liquid is poured into them, the black dissolves away and there was a picure of me and the girl on one side and 'wil you be my bridesmaid' and the date on the other
