how to calculate real price per person?

Ok so I got a price per person but then there is a 20% service charge and 8.75% tax. Is there a way to calculate what it would be per head? Or do I need to know how many guests and then calculate?

multiple how many people you have by the price per plate

so for example 100 people x 100$ (per plate)= 10000

10000x .20= 2000$

10000 x .0875= 875$ (isnt it 8.875 not 8.75??)

12875= total

edit: our hall isnt charging tax in the gratuity, which would be completely redic if they did!

you should ask your hall if they tax the service charge. if they dont just times your per person price by 26.625% (if the service charge is 20%)
