How to celebrate my b-day?

My 30th birthday is next week and FH wants to go away for the weekend. Any suggestions on where to go?

Do you want to be able to drive or are you looking to really go away? I have a suggestion for each. There's a romantic place in the Catskills called Gold Mountain Chalet Resort. You have a unit in a chalet with a private jacuzzi, fireplace, kitchen. You can either go on their meal plan or bring your own food.
