Jennifer wants $300 lifetime warranty to clean couch stains else they fix it with new material. 300 seems like alot for us now cause we are still trying to buy our home but a couch is gonna get dirty regardless. We have a dark brown color and it will be our home...ppl will take care of it (and once we have kids over, we be extra careful)
so you think 300 is alot for that type of service?

I dont think its a lot at ALL for LIFETIME! We paid like 150 for 5 years at Levitz! If I find anything on our sofa I just use mild soap and warm water. Personally I would spring for the coverage it is so worth the peice of mind! Is it just stain coverage? what about rips, tears etc?

Thats a little much for just stains. I think Seamans was including stains and rips.
But it is nice coverage to have so you don't have to worry about it.

Is it just coverage or do they add some kind of stain resistant stuff to it? I think when we bought our couches it was 100 for the teflon stuff with a 10 year guarantee.

We have had our micro fiber couch for like 8 or 9 mths now and anytime anything gets on it just a little water and a clean rag its it off. I dont remember anykind of special coating that they put on but I have gotten pen, marker, formula (pen was me everything else was compnay) all off of it with just water.

I got our microfiber couch at Macys and they gave us 2 boxes of cleaning stuff. Each box had a sponge, a soft towel, a spray cleaner and a fabric refresher (like febereze). There have been some stains and they come right off with this stuff!! Its great! Plus, its was 69.95 for coverage of stains we cannot get out. I have to try with the stuff they gave us first, and if it doesnt work, then I call to have them come and clean it
