I am not going to have my MOH wear a different dress but, what are some other ways to differentiate her as the MOH?

My MOH is wearing the same dress, but different color sash for the dress. The BM's sash is champagne but my MOH's is ivory (to match me). She will also have a bigger bo-k.

My sister had a different skirt than the other bridesmaids. I ahd the girls wear an a-line skirt and my sister wore a mermaid skirt. Also, her flowers were slightly different.

Mine will have a bigger bo-k, and it will have crystals in it (mine will also).
