One of my biggest pet peeves at weddings, during cocktail hour is not knowing what is being passed around. For example, I love fried pickles, if I found out I missed that and it was being passed during cocktail hour I would be upset.. (silly upset but still( FH and I have AMAZING passed treats and I was wondering a cool way to display them? Maybe get Brides Favorites and Grooms favorites printed on napkins?... any suggestions?

That's a super cute idea!
I know someone who basically made a cocktail hour menu of all of the things at the cocktail hour and put it in a few picture frames around the cocktail hour area.
That way people could read the choices before they even got up there.
It was really smart!

We just booked VCLS and I'm so in love with the whole venue & team!
I like the frame idea and maybe you can display it by the bar? So if people are waiting for drinks, they'll read it.

I would say either a chalkboard somewhere listing the food that will be passed around. OR you can do those toothpicks with the little flag attached. and you can make a bunch for each of the items. Then place them in cups on a table, separated by each food. Then they can use it!
