How to get married in 3 weeks?

I have a friend of a friend who found out she is pregnant and is getting married in a few weeks due to finding this out. Her father booked a restaurant but she wasn't prepared financially for the expenses of a wedding. She needs a photographer but only wants someone to take pics no books etc. Does anyone know of someone who wants to build a portfolio and is willing to take photos for a small fee? All suggestions are appreciated. TIA
