How To Get Out Of A Contract

How To Get Out Of A Contract

So I had a meeting this weekend at my RH and after seeing the room again decided that I no longer want chair covers. The contract I signed says nothing about their cancellation policy. I am about to email the salesperson, but I'm not sure what to say. Any suggestions? I already gave them a deposit. Do I ask for that back?

Thanks ladies!

you just want to cancel the chair covers and not the hall right?? I would just call the BM, I don't see why it would be a huge deal!

do you just want to take the chair covers out of the contract and that's it? you still want to have your wedding there right?

i think something like that can be arranged easily by the hall. just let them know you don't want it...and see what happens. do you want the money back for the covers or do you want to maybe upgrade something else?

Yeah, I just want cancel the chair covers...my RH isn't providing them, I had to hire another company to come in.

If you paid a deposit, you will likely not get that back. I would speak with someone about their cancellation policy. You may only have to forfeit the deposit.
