How to get rid of saddle bags?

What type of exercises can I do to get rid of saddle bags?

Heres what you can do to firm them. It helped for me....I had read this somewhere, I tried it, and saw that it worked.

Lay down on the floor on your side holding your head up w/ one hand and the other hand in front of you on the floor.

Lift your leg up for about a foot above the ground and hold it up for 60 seconds. Do other leg and repeat 3 x each leg.

It will burn........its great!
