I'm going to print up a piece of paper letting the guests know that we're providing shuttle service along with times. I bought a frame to display it in for the check-in desk at the hotel. How do I word the letter? It's an 8x10 frame so I think just the facts will make the whole thing look empty, if you get what I mean.

Jess my hotel did that for me. Call them first before you go through all of the trouble. I then put reminders in the OOT bags

I am putting info in the OOT boxes and my hotel took down all the shuttle info when I made our block - so they will give information to guests as they check in. See what your hotel will do for you and if you still want to make a sign maybe you can use a pic of you and FH as the background
