Hey girls! I'm starting to do my research on how to find a place for FH and I to live after we get married. We'd prefer to rent since we are considering leaving NY and would like something with a yard since we have a pup who needs her excercise. Anyone have advice, tips, friends that are landlords....I'm thinking that Jan-Feb would be the right time to move in since the wedding is March 6th.
but keep in mind that most places are rented quickly...so most landlords want immediate occupancy...so you may have ot wait until Dec...

Yea...I know...but I figured I can start some research now or maybe some people on here might know of someone that knows of a vacancy that is coming up...that's how I got my apt. now...she was getting married and I hated where I was living so she passed the torch!
