How to Make Favor Tags?

I'd like to make favor tags for my OOT guest bags. How do I do that? I can come up with the design, but how do I print and cut them? thanks!!

Go to uprint.com. Look under weddings. They actually have a favor tag link where you get a fancy letter to go on the edge of the tag. I put our names and wedding date. It prints multiples of them on one page. I then used a fiskar paper cutter to cut them to size. Punched a hole in the corner and tied a ribbon through the whole and tied it onto my favors(lanterns)

I bought business cards and designed the tags so that two would fit on a business card. I copied and pasted the tag design twice, side by side onto the format for printing out business cards. I printed them out and cut each business card in half to make the tags.
